TASTING OR TASTES OF WINE


The process of tasting or sampling of the wine is of extreme importance because it allows to describe it as far as his aroma and flavor.


   Wine tasting. In order to taste it must use the senses: Vista, sense of smell, pleasure… This is, to see, to smell and to please.

The aromas are classified in three categories: primary, secondary and tertiary.
